To cut down on support e-mails, we only limit e-mails to urgent situations such as site downtime, missing account items/pets/etc, and account issues. Otherwise, for general questions and comments, either ask in the forums or submit a bug report on our Bug Tracker (if it is a bug!). Otherwise, if you would like to e-mail support, use the support contact form or the Live Support feature. (which can be found on the main support page when it's available!)
